"Works for me most of the time, but not always"
I’ve used catalina.com a handful of times, and for the most part the coupons print fine and do what they’re supposed to. My experience has been decent overall, but I’ve also had a few coupons not scan at checkout, which is frustrating when you’re already in line. So I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just not something I fully count on every time.

"Easy to use, even when I’m not in the mood to fuss around"
I’ve been using catalina.com and the app for a little while now, they’ve been easy to deal with. Even on days when I’m feeling impatient, I can still find what I need without tapping around forever. The pages load well, the app isn’t confusing, and the whole setup feels nice and simple.

I assumed the cashback might take a little while like it usually does, and that’s pretty much what happened. It tracked properly and the reward amount came through correctly, just not instantly. Overall, no real complaints

"I tried using the coupons for my store..."
I tried using the coupons for my store, but none of them actually worked. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Felt like a waste of time.

"Privacy stuff seems okay from what I saw"
I’ve used Catalina here and there, and I was able to find the privacy info without much trouble. From what I read, they explain how they use data clearly, though a few sections felt longer than they needed to be. I don’t know all the background on how they handle everything behind the scenes, but it didn’t come across like they were trying to hide anything. Overall, it seemed good to me, just not perfect

"Nice for checking deals and offers"
I mostly use catalina.com to pop in and check my account, see what offers I still have going, and kinda make sure stuff is showing up like it should. It’s easy enough to get around, and I like not having to sit there guessing what posted or didn’t.
Sometimes the tracking is a little slow, so I don’t always see updates right away, which can be a bit annoying. But overall, it does what I need and saves me some time, so I’m good with it

"Got help quick"
I had this little account problem and sent a message, kind of thinking I would just be waiting around for a while. But they answered faster than I was expecting, and it actually seemed like they read my message, which was nice and not always the thing that happens.
They got it fixed without making me explain the same stuff over and over, which I really appreciated. It was just easy, in a plain good way, and better than a lot of support I have had on other sites
